As The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Whoever reads the Quran, learns it, and acts in accordance with it, on the Day of Resurrection, his parents will be given a crown to wear whose light will be like the light of the sun, and his parents will be given garments which far surpass everything that is found in this world. They will say, ‘Why have we been given this to wear?’ It will be said, ‘Because your child learned the Quran.” [Al-Haakim; Al-Albaani: authentic, in Saheeh At-Targheeb].

Golden Rules:

• Do your good attention; the value of an action depends on the attention behind it.
• Be sincere; Allah the Almighty says “So worship Allah, making the religion His faithfully. Verily the faithful religion is for Allah”. (Al-Zumar: 2-3)
• understand what you are memorizing.
• seize the opportunity of the Golden years to Memorize.
• Correction what you will be memorized by a teacher who has mastered Tajweed.
• Split the portion into smaller segments.
• Repetition and Reading a page while looking at the Mushaf at least 10-15 times; it will help you to memorize the page mentally and visually.
• Revision is more important than memorization.
