Policy

  • The monthly subscription is calculated according to the number of hours and can be chosen according to different systems.
  • The monthly subscription is paid in advance and at most within a period of 2 classes.
  • In case of late payment of the monthly subscription after the grace period, the lessons will be suspended until the subscription is paid.
  • For our current student and not for new to pay the fees must be at the last two days in the month and not at the beginning of the new month because we have to withdraw it after a month if sent at the beginning of the month please be aware as well for this matter.
  • in case of excuse about the class .the student has to sent apology before the class by several hours. not immediately before it.
  • In case of the student’s apology at the time of the class or immediately before the class, the full class will be charged to the student.
  • In case of the teacher’s apology, the student shall be informed several hours before the student will be compensated for the canceled class.
  • The student sends a report at the end of each month included his complaints and suggestions and it will be considered.
  • The student should communicate with the administration immediately in case of any malfunction in the classes of absence of the teacher or interruption of communication or any complaint, comment or suggestion and we welcome it.
  • The student follows up the administration in all matters related to subscriptions, apologies, appointments and any complaints. The role of the teacher is limited to teaching.
